Yakshagana-inspired Kuchipudi.
Twenty new adavu patterns in Kuchipudi,
restructured from Karnataka Yakshagana. Recognised with an Honorary Doctorate. It is the work that makes the
practice unmistakable — a Kannada-language reading of a Telugu form, claiming Kuchipudi for Karnataka without
compromising on either tradition.
